Atlanta, GA – Dascher Transport of America Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of German global logistics services provider Dascher, is moving its local operations to a new Atlanta-based facility.

The expanded, fully secured hub is fully operational “as based on the global Dachser warehouse standards, featuring key ‘fob’ access and 24-hour video monitoring,” the company said.

The new 15,000 square foot hub features office and warehouse space with racking to hold 1,000 pallet positions, cross docking, five standard loading docks, one drive-in door bay, and an on-site container freight station (CFS).

“The new Atlanta-based southeastern hub comes on the heels of our growth across the Midwest where we’ve expanded in St. Louis and Chicago. Our customers benefit from advanced services as well as Dachser´s overall global expansion,” said Frank Guenzerodt, President and CEO of Dachser USA.
